Founded in 2000, Republic Capital is a fintech institution licensed by the US FinCEN. With long-term expertise in private equity financing, digital asset management, and asset tokenization, it has successfully facilitated the financing of hundreds of global Web3 projects, accumulating extensive compliance experience and industry credibility.
